What can I expect when I hire Elaborate Elements?
Among the benefits of memories are, developing a closer relationship with a loved one, increasing productivity, inspiring others, and becoming happier from positive memories. We understand that when you decide to host an event you will be making memories. We aim to provide opulent service from beginning to end. Not only does Elaborate Elements staff know how important it is to execute the vision of our customers desire, but we want you to enjoy the process of creating your once in a lifetime event as well. Our customers can expect full transparency, timely responses, beautiful elements, and a professional demeanor.

What is the first step to making my Elaborate Element event come to life?
To book any of our services, please use our Contact Us or Event Inquiry pages. Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible to ensure accuracy. Make sure you do this in a timely manner to ensure availability as we offer services on a first come, first serve basis. Remember, your event will not be placed on the books until your deposit is paid.

Can I pick up my balloons?
Only inflated balloons orders can be picked up. All balloon arrangements that must be assembled must be delievered.
What areas do you service?
We generally service Metro Atlanta and some North Georgia areas.

What if I want an element that I don’t see on your website?
Our goal is to collaborate with you to make your vision a reality. We are committed to setting a mood for your event. If there is something that you are looking for that you don’t see available, please ask.

Is there a deposit and if so, how much?
Yes, there is a deposit required to book your event. Our deposit requirement is 50% of your total event decor/rental cost.

Does Elaborate Elements have a cancellation policy?
We do have a cancellation policy. While we understand that things do happen, we will do our best to accommodate for unforeseen situations that may alter your event. If you find that your current event no longer warrants our services or need to change your date please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellations 30 day or more from your event date warrants forfeiting your non-refundable booking fee but allows the client the opportunity receive the remaining portion of their 50% deposit.
Cancellation 21 days or less from your event date warrants forfeiting of the 50% deposit previously paid. Rescheduling your event will be on a first come, first serve basis.
All invoices must be completely paid 5 days before you event date.
Where does Elaborate Elements Install decor and other materials?
You name the place! We install it! Indoor, outdoor​, on backdrops, walls, tents, ceilings, stages, garages, homes, yards, restaurants, rooftops and more!
HOWEVER, PLEASE BE ADVISED! Elaborate Elements will not perform installations during active, inclement weather. Please make sure to check the weather for your celebrations and make alternate plans for any installations that may be affected by weather conditions. Aside from adverse weather conditions, we expect to set up your elements elaborately. Keep in mind that we do not assume any responsibility for arrangements that are exposed to inclement weather; rain, foggy conditions, extreme heat, and prolonged direct sunlight which may aesthetically alter your event.
Is there a minimum that must be sent for delivery option?
Yes, a minimum of $300 must be spent for delivery. Otherwise, there will be a $100 fee for delivery.

Are there any additional fees associated with Elaborate Elements' services?
No are no additional fees for general balloon garland/wall set up.
However, fees do apply for the following:

Slumber parties, birthday parties, dinner and/or social gatherings - $125
Early or Late set ups: $75
Travel outside of Metro Atlanta or North Georgia: fee depends on travel distance
Tear down/clean up of balloons from rented structures - $150
